Our Services
Kit supply only
If you’re keen to manage your self-build Scandinavian Home yourself, our comprehensive log building kits are ideal as they come with full instructions and diagrams.
These include your windows (which are typically triple glazed), internal and external doors, and all the main components to build your home, delivered together in flat pack form on one or more trailers.
Talk through your foundation options with us, and once they’re agreed, you will only need the roof covering, breather membrane and vapour barrier, and insulation for walls, ceilings and floor to complete your home to a weathertight shell.

Note, if you choose kit supply only, VAT is applicable at 20%. You can usually reclaim this on completion of your project.
Watertight Shell
A watertight shell build may suit you best if you’re a self-build home enthusiast with contacts amongst the relevant trades and some experience managing projects.

If you don’t have the time to manage your self build project, we can take the strain and manage the whole process for you. And when we say ‘turnkey’, we mean ready for you to move your belongings in. Our self-build home specialists work with you to select your kitchen, bathroom, lighting plan, heating and hot water systems – and can even include additional eco features such as solar panels, smart heating controls if required.
