Moisala

The Moisala is a beautiful and unusual log building. You could use it as it was originally designed, as a sauna and shower with relaxation / dressing area; but with minor tweaks it would make a great home office, compact holiday home or whatever!

The unusual circular opening to the covered terrace lets you take off your shoes without getting wet. Internally, you can design the layout to suit how you intend to use the space. Keep it simple with a sauna, shower and changing room, or just make the whole area into an office where you can retreat in peace and quiet. Or, with minor modifications, it could make a great small hideaway for guests.

The decked area outside provides space to share meals with friends, or just to sit and chill, and there are covered areas at either end of the building – perhaps for a log store? Or make it a little larger and there’s space to turn this into a very unusual glamping unit!
